Welcome to the Media 1 Sandbox

Here we show off our creative muscles with some multimedia projects that are just for fun — although we're serious about fun! In the animations and games we create in our "non-billable" hours, we break a lot of ground learning new technologies and trying new presentation techniques on for size. Some of these experiments have worked better than others. A few have led to breakthroughs in dynamic content management, menu systems or assessment approaches that we reincarnate with a new face in actual client projects.

As you'll see, Media 1 can make e-learning not only instructionally sound, but fun and appealing as well.

Flashteroids
December 2002

Remember the arcade classic, Asteroids? Media 1 recreated this great game as a Flash application that runs easily over the Internet. Think you have the right stuff? Take control of that little spaceship and get ready to blast some asteroids. See if you can tell the difference from the original.

Flip Checkers

Basketball Game

Media 1 Interactive Inc. celebrates its anniversary every March and we created our own "madness" to celebrate the third month of the year. Answer a series of trivia questions on topics like college basketball, Saint Patrick's Day, Easter, or E-Learning and you will be rewarded with testing your skill on the M1 virtual basketball court. To make it a little more interesting, you can take your shots as a leprechaun or the Easter bunny.
